Do you have experience working with children who require additional support to access education and reach their full potential?\n\nTradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated and resilient Primary SEMH Teaching Assistants to work across a range of partner primary schools throughout Northampton and the surrounding areas. These rewarding roles involve supporting pupils with SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD, attachment difficulties, trauma-related needs, and challenging behaviour both within the classroom and through targeted interventions.\n\nAs a Primary SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils regulate emotions, build positive relationships, develop confidence, and engage successfully in learning.
